As our Business Process Consultant, you’ll be responsible for supporting Santander UK’s regulatory requirements to review and capture a comprehensive catalogue of business processes and procedures. You’ll play a key part in supporting the workstream lead with the delivery of the process and data capture and documentation while collaborating with multiple business areas and divisions to achieve this.

The difference you will make.

  • Helping to establish and embed a robust Service Taxonomy and Service Catalogue capability in the programme function
  • Helping to establish service and process mapping with supporting procedures and guidance documents 
  • Using the frameworks and methodologies to deliver a consistent approach 
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders across our various banks/businesses to support the effective delivery of the Operational Resilience Programme
  • Mapping initial business process end-to-end including technology and 3rd parties

What you will bring.

  • Strong coordination and influencing skills, across all levels
  • Ability to translate complex technical issues into common language to internal and external stakeholders of all levels

It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Good understanding of service management ideally across a financial Services organisation
  • Knowledge of operational risk policies and procedures
  • Good understanding of change management methodology
  • Experience of interpretation and implementation of regulatory requirements

What else you need to know.

Given the recent impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.

This role is currently home based until corona virus restrictions are lifted and we will consider people based anywhere in the UK.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract position.
